Well awaited...

I realise this post is probably well past due. Better late then never or so I'm told. The always awesome David Baxter had me tag along for Tara and Michaels amazing Greek wedding! Here are the rest of my favorite frames from the day.

Favorite! Trying on the new earings Michael got for her.

I caught Tara glancing in the mirror as she passed by.

Sorry boys! I know you were a big part of this day as well, but I didn't spend hardly any time with you (not my assignment.) I'm sure the big guy has plenty of great pics of you to share. Be sure to check out Dave's blog for more!

I had the pleasure of shooting with the uberly talented Tara Lokey this past weekend. More on that real soon!

New Challege

A new challenge has presented itself to me and I'm prepared to take it head on as always! My brother and sister in law were in town this past weekend to come and see Amanda and I and he mentioned he was going to start training for the Dallas Marathon that takes place December 14th. It's something I've always wanted to do, but didn't particularly want to do it all by myself. IT'S OFFICIALLY ON!! 26.2 miles and we're going to do it under 4 hrs. I've got a running partner in place here in OKC and the grueling training starts next Tuesday. Wish us luck!

My training schedule is as follows...

If you're interested in joining us please let me know! Otherwise...I need to start shooting waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy more! Which is going to happen now that Amanda and I are moved into our new house :)

Foster Parents

A couple weeks ago Amanda and I were foster parents to the coolest kitten on the planet. We named him Cole for the time being. 99% of the time he was all over the place. Biting, swatting, climbing, investigating, and flat out terrorizing everything that moved...or didn't move for that matter. The kids loved him. Lola our great dane played with him soooo well. They were the best of buds, but already having 4 animals we have our hands full as it is and didn't want to neglect any one.

He would play so hard for so long then just pass out like he was narcoleptic.

Don't ask me how he could sleep like this, but this one one of his favorite spots

Help me!!

So I'm asking all of you for one simple little gesture...TELL A FRIEND! I'm in desperate need of making my dreams a reality. I've got everything I'd want in life. An extremely beautiful fiance' who loves me and supports me know matter what the situation may be, a loving family who's always by my side as well, the best friends on the planet who've been there time and time again through the ups and downs, but I don't have the career that seems to be just out of reach. So I'm asking...TELL A FRIEND. I was made to be a photographer. I love everything there is to love about it. Working with amazing people, getting to share their story, and capturing moments that will be around for lifetimes to come. I just need the opportunity to prove I have what it takes.

Look at this face:

Please...TELL A FRIEND!
