Where have I been right? Well things are pretty crazy around here right now. I'd love to say I've been shooting my little heart out but unfortunately that's not the case. Between my day job (I'll post about this tomorrow,) planning our wedding which is in 36 days (awesome,) and closing on our new house next week I've been busier than a one legged man in an ass kicking contest. Wish us the best of luck with all that stuff!!
In the meantime here are some more details from Tara and Michaels incredi-awesome Greek wedding!
One part makeup
Two parts shoes
And one part gorgeous dress
Does not equal a bag of lingerie
But presents before the wedding put the bride in a really good mood!
A little zip, but not to give away any faces
Details details
One of the many spetacular murals inside the church
Some cake of goodness and a boquet to boot
And I loved the fact that Tara and Michael sat with every body else at the reception! Something we'll be doing at our wedding as well.
Much more to come...I PROMISE!!!

Tara and Michael
Yesterday I was given the amazing opportunity to shoot with David Baxter again. Tara and Michael had a spectacular Greek wedding filled with super awesome people from all over the planet...litterally. It'll probably be a few weeks until we're able to share the fun with you, but I thought I'd show one of the details for the time being.

UPDATE
Sorry I've been severely slacking in the blog department lately. Do not give up on me! I suffered a motherboard loss on my computer I do everything on and am in the process of deciding whether or not Amanda and I will share one until we close on our house, or I'm going to order one now. I don't want to move all of my stuff on her to her computer and then a month later have to do it on the new one. Ahhh, what a hassel. Gotta love technology right. Anyway, things are great with us. The wedding planning is about done which is a huge weight off of both of our shoulders. We can't wait to be married! Less than 60 days away :)
Keep checking the blog for updates. We'll be back up and running in no time!

Wall-E
Amanda and I went and saw Wall-E on it's opening night, and I think we both agree. This will be up for many awards, and I'm saying a nomination for movie of the year. Here's a trailor to get you started. GO SEE THIS MOVIE!!
Baseball and a new location...
Last weekend I had mentioned Amanda's little brother playing in the state tournament for little league baseball. They lost their first game and went on a huge win streak to make it to the finals, but ran out of gas. Considering their start, second was an excellent finish. The kids played with tons of heart and everyone had fun in the process. Amanda had her camera and grabbed some really awesome shots. I experimented with the processing a bit :)
A die hard fan
On my way home from the game I was browsing out the window looking for cool locations to shoot like I always do and noticed some silos off in the distant that had some really cool color to them. Yesterday, my curiousity got the best of me and I went and checked it out. You'll definitely be seeing some portrait sessions here soon! This place was rad!
This week I have a "just because" session scheduled with a really fun couple, and July 12th I'm helping with a huge Greek wedding which should be an absolute blast.
